What is happening

Las Vegas is doing weekly America250 fireworks this summer. The shows run every Saturday from June 6 through July 25, 2026, and each one starts at 9 p.m.

Each show lasts about eight minutes and is synced to music on KOMP 92.3 FM, 97.1 FM The Point, and 98.9 HANK FM. July 4 is the biggest night, with fireworks launching from nine rooftops across the Strip.

Sphere’s Exosphere will also have complementary programming on Saturdays in June and July, so the whole city should feel more animated on fireworks nights.

• July 18 — Resorts World Las Vegas, Fontainebleau Las Vegas, and The STRAT Hotel, Casino & Tower

Where to watch

If you want the easiest option, watch from pedestrian bridges or wide sidewalks near the launch area for that night. For center-Strip dates, the Caesars, Bellagio, Paris, and Venetian area makes the most sense. For MGM, ARIA, and Planet Hollywood dates, the Park MGM and CityCenter area is a strong bet.

For north-Strip dates, look around Resorts World and Sahara. For the June 20 downtown show, Fremont Street and the area around The Plaza will be the main focus.

If you want something less casual, rooftop bars, patios, and pool decks will usually give you a better experience than standing in a crowd. Just make sure you book early if you want a sit-down view.

Tips

• Get into place by around 8:15 to 8:30 p.m.
• Go earlier than that on July 4.
• Use rideshare or taxi if you can, because traffic will be messy near host resorts.
• Bring water and a light layer if you are watching from a rooftop or pool deck.
• Use a radio app if you want to hear the synced soundtrack properly.

If you are in Vegas this summer, this is one of the easier events to build a night around. You just need the right date and the right viewing spot.
