COTE Vegas, our first West Coast concept, opened at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas in October 2025. Infused with the opulence and grandeur of Sin City, COTE Vegas draws inspiration from its renowned counterparts in New York, Miami, and Singapore while introducing new, immersive dining experiences unique to Las Vegas.

COTE Vegas will remain true to COTE's philosophy of marrying the  conviviality of Korean BBQ together with the hallmarks of a classic American steakhouse.
